Delivery Methods and Returns Policy

We are proud of the gear we sell, but sometimes you may want reassurance about ordering from us.

Firstly we use PayPal as our payment gateway. This provides YOU with great security and piece of mind. We do not see your card details at ANY time, You get protection from PayPal. (see their terms and conditions). We also use Stripe for credit/debit card processing. Using these methods means we NEVER see your card details, only the address you enter on our site for delivery and billing. 

We abide by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Simply put you may return any goods if you notify us by email, or letter within 7 days of receiving your goods. We do ask that you take reasonable care of the goods, and return them to us at your cost. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. For sales within the E.U. we work under English law.

We use a number of delivery methods. Although we do try to send out items as soon as possible sometimes small delays may occur. When using Royal Mail we keep a proof of posting, but do remember First Class mail or regular Airmail does not come with tracking. 

We also use a variety of couriors, depending on size, weight and delivery area. All these methods come with tracking and we will email you a tracking number once the item is collected or at the end of the working day. Thes links may not work until the driver has returned to their depot.

Please allow a week/10 days for delivery. Bear in mind that if you order late in the afternoon items may not make that days post.

If something is URGENT we will do our best to help you. Please call us if you absolutely MUST have something by a certain date. 0208 449 9304. We do pride ourselves on getting most orders out very quickly.

Bear in mind most couriers do not deliver or pickup at weekends or holidays. We often get customers ordering on late Saturday asking where their items are on Monday.... (sigh...)
